meh. i'm so frustrated over this stupid course. i finally decided that i'm going to change to political science instead.. haha. i so hope that i'll enjoy it... but who noes hey... lol. it just kinda seems more up my alley.. in a weird academic-ish sorta way. but then it's kinda weird, coz as much as i like political and legal studies through yr 11 and 12, i found it kinda tedious.. coz of the having to remember examples and all that. but hrm. =S we'll see how it goes i guess. =p only got one more assignment to get done.. then i'm done until exams! lolll. sucky that this assignment is proving to be the hardest yet.. coz i gotta be verrryy creative.. literally. lol. which sux kinda. coz i don't mind creating stuff, but writing creatively just isn't my kinda thing. lol. =p

hey! soooo. i've been really busy and not been able to post much these last few weeks. anyway! nxt week is the last week of classes! whew! but man, how fast do these semesters go by hey! i'm so freaked. still got 3 assignments and 2 exams to get through before i'm totally free..
anywayy. on monday. it was quite funny. after getting pulled over by the cops (it was totally unreasonable! - failing to keep left on a multi lane road).. i could die. lol. but yeah. so my car was unlicenced bcoz we din get the renewal papers. soooo. i couldn't drive my car monday or tuesday. so, on monday raph was nice enough to take me to uni.. haha. after picking me up, i went with him to get his hair cut.. took soooooooo long. 1 and a half hours of waiting! hair etc is SO not worth it. lol. anyway. thennnnn. i needed to buy some poster card thingo for my management poster presentation (that was due on tuesday), so raph drove down beaufort st to try and find a stationary shop. unfortunately for me.. and with the bad luck that i have, we didn't find anything. SO. we drove home.. or at least tried to! haha. being in s'pore for 6 yrs must have had quite an effect coz i really don't think raph knew where he was going. hahah. i ended up telling him to "go where your heart pulls you!" hahaha. annywayy. he was like... "i feel like turning......... right!".. haha so he did. and we ended up going in one big big big circle. haha. so yeah. it was all getting a bit confusing.. looking like we were driving through pasendena town.. but yeah. we were happy once we saw this sign.. hahah.
keke. it's always gd when u see a sign that points out which way NORTH is! hahaha. =p so yeahhhhhh. we hopped onto reid hwy.. and soon enough, we were home. =))
so yeah. that's the adventure for this week. sunday doesn't count. coz that was NOT an adventure.. tt was a nightmare! so for now, i'm absolutely terrified of driving on the freeway! i think it'll take a little while for that to change. =S

heylo people! (if there's anyone that still reads this deserted valour of information that is...). lol. anywayyyyy. yeah. i got home today after a very very very very long week, and i just felt like changing my blog template. this one is so much better isn't it? a lot more.. happier. hahah. anyway.
so today was mother's day. that means that yesterday everyone started to prepare everything. silly thing for this yr is that i was put in charge of food.. now anyone who's ever been to a BETHEL gathering/event before.. you'll know that food at bethel is a really big thing. so this year we decided to take the food one step up. this year, we gave the moms menu's! it listed various ranges of entrees, salads and main course dishses, to the drinks and desserts that would be served to them throughout the lunch. i think they really liked it! thanks so much to those ypg girls who made them and put them together yesterday.. =) gd job! thenn. also to the girls who were doing the gifts.. they turned out sooo nice! =))
but yeah.. overall i think that mother's day 2006 turned out pretty well.. the kids sang really gd. esp for the number that the had! only like.. 9 of them? they rocked! hahah. ypg was pretty gd too. altho a bit off at times. hahahah. go to the YPG BLOG and check out the video clips and the pictures too. =)
